Oriental Global International Maritime Academy has established, implemented and maintained a Quality Management System (QMS) in pursuance of the ISO 9001 : 2015 framework that allows the organization to document and improve its practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of its interested parties. The academy follows a manual that describes the quality management system, defines authorities, inter-relationships and responsibilities of the employees working within the management system.
The quality management system of the academy addresses the requirements of the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Quality Standards as defined in the ISO 9001 : 2015 International Standard.
